We will refund 50% amount in case of defect or damage. Sizing issue: In case of any sizing issue from buyer side 30% payment will be deducted from your total paid amount. If we deliver wrong size, we will refund you full amount and product will be returned. The product must be returned in the original packing and should be as good as new with tags attached. Shipping: Customer will pay for shipping in case of return.
Custom Product: In case of any custom product, No returns are acceptable. Customization could be of size, color, logos, badges etc. If there is any minor change by customer from original uploaded product, Returns will not be accepted.
Refunds will be made exactly in your same account used to make payment. (PayPal, Credit or Debit card) Refund will be processed within 6-8 business days after receiving returned product. We are offering free shipping worldwide no doubt. Shipping charges that we pay for sending that product will be deducted from total amount.
